This report presents the results of a technical and environmental due diligence evaluation by Behre Dolbear International Limited (Behre Dolbear) of the Farim Phosphate Project (the Project) located in Guinea-Bissau, West Africa, on behalf of the Overseas Private Investment Corporation which is considering financing the Project’s development. The Project is 100%, indirectly, owned by GB Minerals Ltd. (GBML), a Canadian company listed on the TSX Ventures Exchange.
