Mr. Robert Novotny has over 30 years of management experience in industry as a Corporate Executive and as a Management Consultant. He is currently managing director of Behre Dolbear Management Consulting, Inc. This wholly owned subsidiary of the Behre Dolbear Group Inc. focuses on productivity improvement in the mining industry. Mr. Novotny has held numerous positions with mining industry leaders. His most recent position was as the Global General Manager of Business Improvement for Zinifex Ltd., one of the world’s largest producers of Zinc, based in Melbourne, Australia. Prior to that, he was President of the Pasminco U.S. Operations, based in Clarksville, Tennessee. He has also been Vice President of Operations for ASARCO Inc., located in New York. Additionally, he has had extensive operations consulting experience in various industries with PricewaterhouseCooper’s and A. T. Kearney, Inc. He is a past member of the Boards of: the Wildlife Habitat Council, Southern Peru Copper Company, Silver Valley Resources, International Lead Zinc Research Organization, the Silver Institute, and the Silver Trust..
