Mr. Sipols is a mining engineering graduate from Michigan Technological University. He has over 20 years of operational experience in the construction materials industry with most of those managing urban mining operations. Responsibilities included mine planning, operations management, budgeting, capital improvement project management, environmental compliance, safety and public relations. He was Transition Manager with responsibility for integrating and consolidating acquired companies with a transaction value of $160 million. In the consulting industry he was responsible for the operation and administration of a 28 person civil engineering and environmental consulting office. Mr. Sipols holds Professional Engineers licenses in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Since joining Behre Dolbear in June 2006 he has been responsible for administration of the New York Office of Behre Dolbear & Co. (USA) Inc. Responsibilities include providing Behre Dolbear's New York based clients with a local point of contact. He is a licensed blaster in the State of New York, a member of SME and ISEE.
