Mr. Solano-Rico is a geological engineering graduate from the National University of México in 1969. Mr. Solano holds an M.Sc. degree in Mineral Exploration from the University of Arizona. More than 30 years of experience with several mining companies include base metal and precious metal exploration, underground and opencast mine development and project geological evaluation under many different geological environments. His experience in the evaluation of Pb-Zn deposits include exploration, property evaluation, pre-development and development exploration, ore reserve calculation and preliminary feasibility studies of vein, limestone replacement, skarn and Mississippi Valley - type deposits, including La Reforma, Bismark, Naica, La Negra, Velardeña and Sierra Mojada in México, Cerro de Pasco in Perú, and Montenegro in Guatemala.
