Mrs. Jacobsen has 20 years of diverse experience in consulting, technical project management, independent engineer technical reviews, and business development. Her consulting, engineering, and management experience has been in the minerals, process metallurgy, and electric power industries. Ms. Jacobsen has broad experience in independent engineer technical reviews of large infrastructure projects. She specializes in the review, analysis, and preparation of cash flow models for use in project evaluations. Ms. Jacobsen also has experience in the review of contracts and related documents for consistency and acceptability in due diligence studies, analysis of capital and operation and maintenance costs, identification of project concerns, and review of annual operating budgets. Ms. Jacobsen's experience in the minerals industry includes metallurgical process consulting, process development, and minerals operations. Her areas of expertise include technical feasibility studies, process flow sheet design, pilot-and bench-scale testing of plant processes, metallurgical accounting, circuit start-up, and plant optimization. Her operational experience includes Homestake's McLaughlin gold mine in Northern California.
