Mr. Temple has over 30 years experience covering most technical aspects of the mining and oil and gas businesses. He has particular strength in the due diligence audit of mineral reserves, production, product quality, costs of operation, reclamation, environmental liability, and valuation for acquisition/financing/taxation purposes. Mr. Temple also has experience in exploration; negotiation of agreements; mine development; construction of mine and industrial plants; operation of mines, oil and gas properties, and industrial facilities; feasibility studies; financial analyses; environmental audits and remediation actions; licensing of patented technology; supply and use of mineral and metal commodities; engineering for groundwater, radioactive water disposal; design and operation of mineral dressing plants; mineralogical research. Mr. Temple has held management positions and directorships in operating companies. He has worked in the U.S., Canada, U.K., Mexico, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Peru, Venezuela, Argentina, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Kenya, Uganda, Togo, Senegal, China, Hungary, Sri Lanka, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Honduras, Guatemala, Spain, Portugal, Russia, and Kazakhstan.
